Negative 5 stars. I placed an order for pickup, got an email saying my order was available for pickup (the email said to arrive before 5pm). I arrive at 4:25 and the store is closed. Received conformation of delivery today and it went to the wrong house...manager asked me to go and pick it up?? Really? They insisted it would be okay to sit outside someone else's house for hours while waiting for another driver to pick it up and take it to correct house??? Really? Driver admits to leaving it at house #2 (which is clearly run down/abdonded maybe) and recipient lives at house #5!!! Wow!!! my husband ordered me some arrangements for my birthday and consisted of strawberries and bananas. the strawberries were HUGE and all around great! we even ordered more just to eat. last week I ordered my husband over $170s worth of fruit arrangements for his cookout today and enough to share with everyone coming. its NOT going to be good advertising for edible arrangements! strawberries are the size of grapes, some dry and shrunk, apples had started turning brown. the boxes were warm, not chilled like the last 2 times for f... read more

My Valentine's delivery did not get delivered today to my husband. I was very angry and disappointed. I had to contact them to find out where my delivery was. I feel like if there was a delay in delivery, they should have contacted me to let me know!! I will never order from this company again. I'm going to use Sherries Berries!!!!
