All of there fruit arrangements are beautiful and delicious..however when we attempted to shop there on 2/14/18 we were not treated with respect and the staff we encountered was rude and very short with us..busy days don't give a reason for poor customer care(.) We will continue to use edible arrangements but will have to drive several miles to another location which will have me spending less than ususal but we wont tolerate unsatisfactory behavior especially when we are spending hard earned money.
I have found this company, especially the branch in ASHEVILLE, to be very professional and extremely accommodating to my requests. The vases are adorable, the fruit is fresh, and the CHOCOLATE-dipped fruit is "to die for"!!! This is the best location I've found !!! Thanks, Edible Arrangements, for your great products! (PS: I KNOW a lot of work goes into making these arrangements, plus a dedicated emphasis on sanitation and quality for your customers!)
