I would like to address my experience with the employee working at the Caldwell location on Wednesday, 6/24. I called shortly after 2:00 PM to inquire about the status of my order, which had been placed the previous evening. At that time, there had been no update indicating that the order was being prepared or was out for delivery. I wanted to ensure the recipient/family would be home. I ordered a surprise from Edible Arrangements through Uber Eats while was in another country - so I didn't have the opportunity to check the order before gifting. It was packed perfectly and addressee said the cake was yummy:) Thank you guys! P.S. The website is smth to work on. And it would be great to add information about the weight of the cake on the website. Otherwise, everything was fine.
