Never on time and over priced. I could do a better job. I don’t know how they have a high star rating other than 1
Literally asked them not to leave my package outside and they left it sitting on the dirty concrete for hours!!! Flowers wilted, chocolate melted! Most idiotic thing ever to do in Arizona! Then I finally get ahold of someone and while she was helpful in some areas she said she couldn’t see the tip?! Because they started using third parties for vday? Never again.
I ordered our 2weeks ago to be delivered today and even paid for the extra delivery fee our order did not show up for my wife on Valentine’s Day I called all day long with no answer until 5:30pm were the lady said they didn’t finish building it I asked if it was going to still be deliver today it’s now 8:54 pm nothing so disappointed and the way my wife feels even more disappointed in the service we received today we will be calling for a refund for sure for product never received
Giving a big shout out to Shelley, amazing service. Had a little difficulties with my order but she was very helpful and fixed my issue. Thanks to her my gift was wonderfully delivered, and smiles were given all around. Thank you!!!
Ordered a bouquet, with chocolate strawberries for Valentines, total purchase was shy of 180.... delivery comes and drops of 1 flower, and vase with the chocolate. Absolutely pathetic.
