The arrangement I ordered for my wife was gorgeous, but it could have been fresher. That said, the delivery was handled through Uber, and it arrived about two hours later than expected. I know Arizona heat can be brutal on cold fruit and chocolate, and Uber drivers often make multiple stops, which could impact freshness.
