They have great customer service & the arrangements are beautiful. They really take their time with your order.
The recipient did not receive the order until 10:13pm tonight after being told the driver was 23 minutes away at or around 3:49 pm. I called the Murfreesboro store after that time and was told the driver had not been answering his phone for 2 hours. I was advised I would receive a call for an update by 8:00pm… never received the call. Once the order was delivered (on the porch) everything was melted, the pineapples were not fresh, and there was strawberry juice seeping on the bottom! I ordered the for my sister's birthday.
Last night, we received one of these and it was quite nice. Then, about 20 minutes later we received another one left on our porch. It turns out the second one was suppose to be a "pick-up" and wasn't for us. We called the phone number on it, and the lady said she went by the store (Saturday, before closing hours) and it was locked up. She lived over 40 miles from us, so delivering it to her wasn't practical. We suggested she call and get her money back, but this store is refusing to do that, saying someone picked it up.
