If no stars was an option, I would choose that. Absolutely do not recommend ordering from this store. The product was never delivered. I called the store multiple times, with no answer, reached out to the store via Facebook message, with no answer, and reached out to customer service multiple times, with AGAIN no answer. The product update status remains at: crafting your order. Pretty upset, considering the delivery charge alone $26, with nothing ever even delivered. I’m a little disappointed. Did not arrive the day I requested, but they did send it over the following morning in an uber. It doesn’t look exactly how I pictured and they forgot the balloon I paid extra for. Everyone on the phone was friendly and apologetic, though it was strange they wouldn’t answer from my cell number (the number I called from the first couple times) but picked right up when I called from work. Placed an order, the transaction was completed, and the order was never fulfilled. 10+ attempts were made to contact the Madison store via call, email, and voicemail. Had to contact corporate for a refund.
Charged me, and never delivered, they will not answer the phone. 30+ phone calls. LIES, LIES... Do not trust them...... Even corporate will not answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I have made multiple attempts to reach this store via messaging and telephone without a response. The order has been 1 stop away for 3 hours (The tracker showed the driver at the same location claiming to be one stop away). The store is 9 minutes from delivery location. Customer service and communication is absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed by their lack of a response and care with same day delivery.
