Pretty upset with the order I placed this morning. It was supposed to be a chocolate birthday cake with chocolate strawberries and fruits and what they delivered was a vanilla confetti cake with white chocolate strawberries. I wanted give a pleasant birthday surprise however for the person who doesn’t like vanilla and white chocolate it became unpleasant surprise. NOT HAPPY! Was for husbands 65th bday. Arrived with broken numbers! and damaged fruit. I ordered a balloon, they sent ROSES. I called 5 times and NOT ONE of my calls was returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I have made multiple attempts to reach this store via messaging and telephone without a response. The order has been 1 stop away for 3 hours (The tracker showed the driver at the same location claiming to be one stop away). the store is 9 minutes from delivery location. Customer service and communication is absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed by their lack of a response and care with same day delivery. Absolutely amazing fruit and beautiful display. There was a small issue with my order and Brittany went out of her way to make it right. I can't recommend this place enough!
