Had a big tray delivered as gift. Was refrigerated immediately, we ate some first day. Not even a day 1/2 later there was mold on the strawberries we still had. I have strawberries in my fridge older than that not moldy. I called and reported this, seeing the gift was probably very expensive. They fixed the issue by providing new berries. Very good customer service!
I can't say enough good things about Edible Arrangements Store #476 and Troy S. in Madison, WI! I originally went to the company's main website to send my mom an edible arrangement and flowers for her birthday. I had previously given them two stars....would like to give zero stars - but forced to give at least one. I have repeatedly contacted this company to resolve this small (but from what others have also shared in reviews, ongoing) problem with not delivering items that have been paid for. I cannot recommend. While they did deliver within the time frame indicated, they did not include the birthday balloon I had paid for, nor was the fruit as pictured (mostly green melon, very little pineapple).
