I had previously given them two stars....would like to give zero stars - but forced to give at least one. I have repeatedly contacted this company to resolve this small (but from what others have also shared in reviews, ongoing) problem with not delivering items that have been paid for. I cannot recommend. While they did deliver within the time frame indicated, they did not include the birthday balloon I had paid for, nor was the fruit as pictured (mostly green melon, very little pineapple). HUGE THANKS to Edible Arrangements in Madison for the wonderful Arrangement they made happen for the entire ICU Unit and Staff at UnityPoint Health Meriter Hospital. Edit: The location did own their mistake and fixed the issue, albeit missed the special occasion and for that I can't give them 5 stars but updating my original rating. I do appreciate them not completely ignoring the situation. Thank you! Pretty upset with the order I placed this morning. It was supposed to be a chocolate birthday cake with chocolate strawberries and fruits and what they delivered was a vanilla confetti cake with white chocolate strawberries.
