I love both locations and they’re so nice to deal with. Always appreciate have caring and understanding they’re. I had a great experience with the owners and they’re very friendly people. I will definitely recommend them to others.
Great experience! I used to go more often but had since stopped due to rude service in 2024/25. Employee told Me a new owner had purchased this store, you can tell-everything was perfect.

Arrived at the end of the day in two separate orders. Was supposed to arrive in the morning. Person it was for already left for the day. Balloon never arrived.
If no stars was an option, I would choose that. Absolutely do not recommend ordering from this store. The product was never delivered. I called the store multiple times, with no answer, reached out to the store via Facebook message, with no answer, and reached out to customer service multiple times, with AGAIN no answer. The product update status remains at: crafting your order. Pretty upset, considering the delivery charge alone $26, with nothing ever even delivered.
