Order was to be delivered on April 16th and it never arrived. 4th call to this store and still no answer and no one has called me back. Now I can't leave a message because mailbox is conveniently "full". WANT TO CANCEL my order at this point and 800 number on edible arrangements website just sends me to store front location. Will never use this service again and would never recommend it to anyone! Absolutely terrible customer service.
Waiting for my refund. Order was scheduled for Monday never arrived called corporate and store in Fort Collins Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only corporate will answer. Not sure how they are still in business. All I have to say is my refund better come quicker than the delivery.
I placed an order on the 1st of February to be delivered on the 5th. My daughter never received her order! They tried to say they couldnt find her house, then said the phone number was wrong. After correcting they said it would be delivered again on the 8th, and then lied to me and told me it was but there must have been a "porch pirate" that took it 🙄 Then they said they would redeliver on the 10th and still never did. RecommendedI used the online ordering system this morning hoping that delivery could be made today, and only 3 hours later the beautiful and delicious “bouquet” was at our granddaughter’s doorstep! Great job!!

Placed an order that did not get delivered on time for the Fort Collins, Co. store.Still not delivered and no one will call me back.payment is pending and no way to cancel on the app. Ruined a Birthday surprise.... definitely not professional in customer service.
order delivery for mother's day to be delivered and never recieved.. tried contacting them, left them several messages and still have not received the gift and or a call back.
Terrible store. Missed the delivery date for my wife on Valentine’s Day. They will not answer the phone (mailbox is full) nor will they answer a message on here. This is by far my worst experience with any store in a long time. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this store again.
Had a little order snafu yesterday and I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager (Rachel) for going above and beyond to make it right. She was quick to solve the problem, made me a beautiful arrangement (larger than what I ordered/paid for!!) and sent me with some chocolate covered strawberries for myself :) Customer service at its finest!! I will be back. Many thanks.
