I placed an order for valentine’s day two weeks in advance to be delivered to my mom’s work. I tried calling the store around 3pm and 5pm when I realized it still hadn’t been delivered but the phone line was down. I got a call from Uber Eats at 9pm trying to deliver the arrangement on Valentine’s day. I told the driver to just keep it since he wasn’t able to drive out to my mom’s house 20 mins away. Hard to get in touch with over the phone. And online ordering is kinda difficult
Placed order on website and selected address from their menu. Order was promised for the day we ordered and was even confirmed. Status updates over 3 days said it was in process. Tried calling and they never answered. Left several voice messages over 3 day period, they never responded. Finally checked status update and it had been cancelled. Don't bother with this place or the other store. Worse customer experience ever had. I'll get the word out all that I can.
I placed an order on tues. To be delivered on Friday for my wife for Mother’s Day and nothing got delivered or received a call or anything in advance. I call the next day and on the website the store says open but i called and it just says leave a message. Pretty upset about this.
Can never get anyone on the phone .. does not deliver when stated to be delivered
