Where do I begin? My son placed his online order from NM on Tuesday February 4th which was scheduled to be picked up by 2:30pm at this location on the 14th. We thought ordering 10 days ahead, would be plenty of time to make sure his order would be readily available for pickup by 2:30pm today. NOPE! It was a madhouse. The line was out the door. Word of advice to management. If you expect people to work for free..... that is something that the Emancipation Proclamation was supposed to get rid of.
