They messed up but was willing to credit my money back and get my order out at no cost I was upset but I have to say they did the right thing on making it right

We reviewed what could have happened here and here's what we found: we attempted to deliver to the address you gave, but no one was home when we went to deliver. Due to the overwhelming response we had with deliveries yesterday, we weren't able to redeliver. We have refunded your entire purchase and would be glad to try to make things right by delivering today. We will DM you to communicate further.
