I placed an order a week in advance and never got a confirmation email or anything. Call them the day of my delivery to get a time and no one would answer. I called multiple times through out the day and left a message and never heard from them. I had to call another store to get any kind of information. Would not recommend this location at all.

Placed my order well in advance because I needed it delivered before lunch or right after lunch (early afternoon)- I even called the store to reiterate the scheduling time and they still didn't get it delivered until after 3:30 PM and the order was wrong. I ordered the "martini" arrangement, so I called them (they didn't let me know ahead of time) and they said they didn't have that vase so they substituted it- not only was the vase different the entire arrangement was different and much smaller than what I paid for AND I or... read more
I would rate zero stars if that were possible. I placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday for an eight-year-old to celebrate her baptism. Only to receive a call after the store closed telling me that their van broke down and they would not be able to deliver my items. I followed up on Monday with the store, attempted to replace the order however, I did ask for and expect at least a discount for the inconvenience and the disappointment of the eight-year-old who waited all day for a delivery that never showed up.
