Easy to work with. – Love this place! Easy to order and they worked with me when my sister was not home to get her delivery. They redelivered the next day and she was thrilled with her gift. Great idea for someone who has everything.
Not in a million years... – I love Edible Arrangements, but definitely not this one! $200 arrangement delivered in 90 degree weather and left outside. Completely melted and ruined. Store manager did not return my call for an entire month and then offered to redeliver. No thank you a month later. Refused to refund. Questioned my decision on delivery date and questioned the common sense of the recipient. Store owner will not even answer corporate office's calls. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Never, ever again!

Makes a great conversation piece and taste delicious. – What a unique gift idea. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect arrangement for my party. I have never had so many comments made on what a great idea this was. It made quite the impression. I've been using them ever since.
