What a joke! I purchased an $85 arrangement for a funeral and called the location at 2:45pm to confirm status of the delivery to be told the drive would be back in 15min to pick up the delivery, without hearing anything the remainder of the day I called at 6pm to hear he was on his way back and would get my order to be delivered by the evening closing. Not a surprise as of 9pm (holiday delivery deadline THIS IS NOT A HOLIDAY) the order still has not arrived. This was my first and certainly my LAST experience with this compan... read more
I am not happy with the service I received on the phone when I place an order. She was unfriendly and not nice. I spent 85 dollars and I should of received friendly, kind and happy go lucky service. I will not ever use the Dearborn store ever again.
