My husband ordered a dozen roses and chocolate-covered strawberries from Edible Arrangements and had them delivered today. When I removed the roses from the bag, they were clearly dyed and in poor condition. Immediately, 29 petals and 2 leaves fell off. This was not minor shedding — the flowers were visibly damaged upon arrival. They were several that were brown. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Wyatt. Good fresh staff go above and beyond
I received what was a thoughtful bereavement gift from good friends the week of Christmas from the St Andrews store. The gift included both a fruit arrangement and flowers. More than 1/2 of the flowers in the large arrangement were delivered dead. Things happen….I called and left a message at the store AND sent a email to customer service to give them a chance to make things right. I’m posting this review b/c I never heard back - unacceptable.
