I received what was a thoughtful bereavement gift from good friends the week of Christmas from the St Andrews store. The gift included both a fruit arrangement and flowers. More than 1/2 of the flowers in the large arrangement were delivered dead. Things happen….I called and left a message at the store AND sent a email to customer service to give them a chance to make things right. I’m posting this review b/c I never heard back - unacceptable. Visited location today, ordered 2banana dipped cones and 2 pineapple pops. They were very good, but she she told me 20 mins, it took her a whole hour to do my order. Seemed to be the only person in the store working. My kids WERE NOT happy with that wait time considering we have other things to do today.
My Mother's Day Edible arrangement was delivered late.It was a work delivery so he was lucky to even get in. The arrangement was dumped over in the bag and was WARM. The fruit was turning brown and the chocolate covered strawberries were melting with the chocolate falling off. I know the arrangement was over 100 dollars. Do not recommend, Placed an order for delivery. Set the date place the order of course they deducted their fee ASAP! Several hours later called to follow up with no answer and no response. Tried to reach out through chat. Kept checking the status of the order with no change. Left two messages because no one was answering the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! My husband ordered and paid for an edible arrangement to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. He placed this order on February 10th and the order was accepted by this location. This location took payment for the edible arrangement with it clearing our bank on February 11th. Despite all of this, it is 9:21 pm on Valentine’s Day and nothing has been delivered.
