DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! My husband ordered and paid for an edible arrangement to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. He placed this order on February 10th and the order was accepted by this location. This location took payment for the edible arrangement with it clearing our bank on February 11th. This is ridiculous. Its valentines day my edible arrangement my husband got me was supposed to be delivered at my job by noon. I was supposed to leave work early, and the office closes at 5. Its 430pm and they still aren’t here. The worst part is we have been calling the store all day and no one is answering the phone or returning phone calls. I am highly upset. I would never recommend this store.
Placed an order online three days in advance of delivery date. Order was received and accepted by store 485 St Andrews rd. Order tracker states they have not even begun to prepare it. Store will not answer the phone and can’t hit the submit button online for a refund. I’d really like to speak with the owner. They are great at taking tour money.
Was supposed to receive a delivery for Valentines Day from a friend, they placed order in timely manner and $230 worth of arrangements was never received. I ended up going to the location and the best answer she could give me was that they received over 300 orders and mine had not even been started on. They should do a cutoff # for holidays knowing they cant fulfill the orders. A refund was requested, now I'll just wait to see if it comes thru
