Ordered 73$ worth of on arrangement for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day to be delivered to our house as we live together. I spent all day waiting and passionately had her expecting a surprise all day as she was home and not working. Nothing was ever delivered. Ordered a big edible arrangement for my boss it was gonna be sent to her address but was never sent. Tried calling no one will answer. Horrible customer service. Never going through this company ever again…
They said we have nothing to worry about and my mom never got her delivery even though they said it was with the driver, I've tried every number and not a single one of them was a real person. DO NOT ORDER HERE
Save yourself the trouble and skip this location. If you need a delivery it will be end of day if not next. Had an ordered placed the day before and it’s almost 6pm and no delivery. Called and asked if they can give me an eta lady called driver and no answer. This gift is already late and this is the second time from this store.
Had a little hiccup in the beginning, but after a few conversations and mutual understandings. The order turned out great and the recipient loved it.
