Very happy with the professionalism provided by Gracelyn. Was able to book same day gift for my bestie. And I'm over the moon with how it turned out. She was so happy and made her birthday so special. Thank you for helping me surprise my bestie with a beautiful arrangement. Absolutely recommend for anyone in need of a gift to send.
Doesn't look good to a potential customer to see you park your BMW in a premium space. I'm planning a gathering soon and was going to see about having arrangements made to serve my guests. I'll go elsewhere or better yet, create my own.
If you have a choice I would choose the 62nd street store. Im not sure if it is run by yhe same owner bit this location has alot to do before they are able to accept multiple orders. I was very disappointed with the customer service by their new cashier who had not received proper training as well as the owner was rather dismissive promising that she was planning to train him today. The owner did offer to do the arrangement again and was apologetic but I didn't have 30 to 40 min. to wait till they could do it right. This is ... read more
