Zero Stars…My first horrible experience at this establishment. I figured that I would place an order for an arrangement for my mothers birthday after I read on their website that they offer free same day shipping. I start to place an order, but upon driving past the store it is closed with the store hours completely covered by a piece of paper. I call and no one picks up. I call customer service and they can’t get a hold of them either. I will not be spending my money here again.
Reviews posted towards this store is valid. I came on Sunday thinking that it would be open as Google says it was going to be open and the hours were updated recently. I drove to Edible Arrangements to find out they were closed. The hours on the doors are no where near accurate of the hours online and they have the audacity to cover the closing times with a piece of paper. Well i place an order for my mothers birthday friday. Google shows they close at 6, i place a PICK UP order at 5:30. I get off work at 5 so i have enough time to make it there and take it to my mothers place to celebrate. I get told on monday they close at 4?? Why does it say on google 6 and why could i place a pick up for 5:30? Terrible way of doing business. No wonder theres 2.8 stars, should've trusted my gut when reading the reviews
My neice bought an 18 count chocolate covered berries for my 60th birthday and to say I was disappointed is an understatement because all the berries covered in chocolate were soft and mushy unlike prior orders I always order for my neices and nephews.If that's how you do your customers now I won't be ordering nothing else from you.
Can’t even get their dates right on when things are being ordered to when they are to be delivered. This isn’t the only time I’ve had issues with this place. I wouldn’t give them even a star. Very very disappointed.
