So at first, they cancelled my order the day before Valentine’s Day. That was a huge bummer, but they said it was because of a medical emergency so I was not mad. I didn’t receive a refund. I made other plans, but with no warning my order was delivered to me anyway on Valentine’s Day. The strawberries I ordered were not fresh looking, and the chocolate on them was a total mess. The $80 platter just looks terrible. Highly disappointed.
My husband ordered something to be delivered on Valentines Day and it never showed. Called several times finally last time they said it won’t make it he offered to come get. She said don’t come during certain time she won’t be able to help him and we couldn’t make so he called back and they were to deliver to our home, never showed but a delivery confirmation was sent. Called left several message no call back.. he orders often and this is very upsetting specially being so costly!!
Horrible horrible service!!!! I was gifted flowed and 12 chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary and first she forgot my flowers and didn’t bring them back house later and they were completely smashed. One of the flowers fell right out. I tried to call and their website says closed at 5 and answering machine says closed at 7 it’s 3:30!!!!! The strawberries were mushy and didn’t take right!
