I sent an arrangement to my son for his birthday and he was not at home at time of delivery. By the time I phoned the Temecula office, the delivery driver was gone for the day and they were about to close up. To make a long story short, not only did I NOT have to ask for anything special, but ROBERT willingly offered to drop it off on his way home from work. WHAT, I almost didn't know what to say!!
