Great customer service! I put in an order pretty late and they were still able to deliver it , I appreciate it!
Came in last minute to see if I can get an arrangement and the girl helped me pick out an arrangement for my mom. I asked if it was too late to have it delivered and the driver was still there and got it out for delivery. Thank you
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The person almost threw the item in my face, like I was asking for it on a tab. I’ll never spend a dime here again — not even worth $5. Definitely avoid this place.
Details of the delivery are all off. Bag came sweaty like it was in heat. They need to find a way to keep the product at a cool temperature. Also the order did not come as requested. Not a good experience to be ordering expensive fruit.
Just terrible, called to make sure my order was being delivered today and she said yes before 7. Well it's past 7 now and no order. All these locations just keep disappointing me. The other location was missing half my order. Now this one is missing my whole order. Im just going to stop ordering from this chain. Terrible service
