Really upset with this arrangement for the price the strawberry were sour they were to be completely dipped in chocolate the pineapple was suppose to be dipped in chocolate they had none the cantaloupe wad really hard not fresh I've ordered many from edible fruits this was terrible the first time I've ever got one really really disappointed
Glad to hear this location failed. The employees were almost never helpful and always seemed to be bothered by their customers. Prime example of poor customer service working against an establishment.
What an awesome place, and the customer service I received from Kathy went way above and beyond her call of duty! I will most definitely always send my business their way! I got off work at 5pm in San Antonio, and was trying to make it there by close to pick up an arrangement that my daughter had ordered for me. I got stuck in traffic, and Kathy stayed 45 minutes past her shift (6:45pm) to make sure that I could get my Mother's Day gift! Kathy I am so grateful for your kindness!
