Yesterday, I received a call from Jaydaa Supervisor at Edible Arrangements. She called to tell me I would be getting an Edible Arrangement later that day. I received it an hour later ( delivered by Jayda as well). Today, I got a text asking how I enjoyed it, was it satisfactory, how was my service etc. I was in the sales/service business for almost 50 years. Buyer Beware! Very Disappointed. I ordered an edible arrangement for my girlfriend for her birthday. She received the arrangement and all the fruit was rotten. She literally had to take the entire arrangement and throw in the trash. I am so disappointed because I’ve always had a great experience, but they know what they were doing. I was in the hospital when I ordered the arrangement because I wasn’t able to get her a birthday present.
