Waited 25 minutes to receive a dipped cone.
Never again.
I called the store and promptly Jayda answered. I told her I wanted to send a mini indulgence player to my boss before 4 pm she assured me it would be there on time. The gift arrived well before the time frame and it looked AMAZING. The swizzle apples looked too good to eat. Thank you Jayda for the excellent 5 start customer service.😊
I ordered a large fruit basket, a balloon bundle, and flowers with a vase. For my friend who recently had a baby to her hospital room. And only the fruit arrangement and one balloon showed up. I’m not sure how you just miss 2 out of 3 items…… I called and the staff on the phone was very nice and issued me a refund easily. But whoever works with the delivery and follow through, is clearly incompetent.
