Okay so boom.... it’s a pandemic, I use edible arrangements all the time, it’s Mother’s Day.... let’s go with an independently owned franchise that’s probably owned by someone local right? I placed an order for my mom’s bday, paid close to $100 only to discover that it was not delivered! I didn’t even receive an email or call that delivery was unsuccessful and only discovered after speaking to my mom/going back to “track the order.” I’ve tried to call the store, no answer. I tried to leave a message as per the recording message, but every time I select “1” to leave a message as instructed, it tells me “invalid entry”. I paid $116 for an arrangement with a balloon and the wrong arrangement was sent. I spoke with the manager Kathleen and she all but blamed me because I “ordered on line” regardless you shop sent the wrong items!!! $116 is not a drop in the bucket for me! NEVER AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR FREE!
Thank you so much for the delicious fruit basket and chocolate covered fruits! My entire family devoured the fruits and my little baby loved the happy birthday balloons!
