They don't deserve one star, more like negative 5 stars. I had an issue with a delivery of an edible arrangement to a person who lost his father. I had to deal with several stores over a week's time and all stores were great, allowing me to use my 20% coupon and giving me free shipping for the trouble I had to go through - EXCEPT the Brunswick store, and this was the one that I needed to get this order done. The manager was extremely rude, very uncaring, and not helpful at all. She refused to give me free shipping and claime... read more
