For future reference if you ran out of product please don’t have it available online so people I’ll not order something that’s not in stock and also send some kind of notification to the email or a phone call letting the customer know what you ran out of and that a refund is coming then you won’t receive a phone call from the customer asking what’s going on, and last please don’t hang up on customers if your not sure if there done talking , customer service is key
