I was supposed to get a edible arrangement delivered to me, spent $80.00 on it and they delivered it to someone else, knowing they delivered it to someone else they won’t refund my money or re-deliver the arrangement. Such a huge inconvenience. Not satisfied at all with this. Update :::: Sure, I can give a call. Please let me know how I can reach out.
Everytime my family comes here it gets worse and worse this was the last time we will never return first we ordered 3 days ahead they didn’t have 2 of the items we ordered so we have to wait till Tuesday for a refund but u sure took the money right away though. Then the 15% discount didn’t even work if I didn’t say anything in the store it would of never been corrected assorted cupcakes which means all diffrent we got all the same kind the cupcakes where more cold then the fruit the order was supposed to be ready at 10 didn’... read more
Worst idea ever , first time ordering from Edible and never again , my order was never delivered I never got an update ,my tracking details shows it was still being processed after 7pm on 06/05. Being far away from family and can’t even send a small gift unprofessional ! And on-top of that they left the gift outside when in their drop off description describes they Do not leave things at the front door unless being told to leave with a neighbor ! Lack of communication
Gave them another chance and didn’t deliver when they said they would and when I called had inconsistent reasons why and were so unbothered. Neverrrrr ordering here again because the only surprise you will get is your order not being delivered when it’s promised. Read the other reviews of customers experiences you will see many are similar.
Order was not ready when ordered for then when we got it home 2 strawberries were rottten 1 had mold on it. Paying these prices I expect fresh fruit not old fruit.
