Learned my husband order a valentines gift from here was suppose to be delivered by 4pm on that day. He called the store and they confirmed it would be. Gift was never received. Called the store 15 times during business hours and no one would answer. Requested our money back for not getting what was ordered. I didn't get my order delivered the day requested, I tried to get in contact with a live person to pay extra for the 1 hour delivery since it was Valentines day but nobody answered the phone or the live chat. Thanks
My boyfriend ordered a Valentine's Day surprise for me from Edible arrangements several days before Vday. It was an expensive arrangement and to be delivered at my job. Never received it. So at this point he was forced to tell me because he was out of state and no one at their store would answer the phone to reroute to my home. So i had to drive to the store to pick it up. I had problems navigating through the online ordering process. When I wanted to pay extra for the 1hr delivery I couldn't get anyone on the phone or through the AI chat. Because they ignore the phone I had my Valentines day ruined. They need to make it where customers can reach a live person, they would probably make more sales and less refunds.
Flowers looked great, fruit not so much. They were mushy strawberries no extra drizzle and some of them are rotten. I'm returning it shortly. I'm not going to have my hubby get charged for this, you have a low quality product. I can literally make a better quality myself. The strawberries were also very very small.
