Ordered flowers to Williamson Medical center for my new born granddaughter They never delivered, I never got a call almost 200 spent This place is disgrace to the franchise
My husband paid $30 for delivery plus the cost of the arrangement. The arrangement was never delivered he never received a call. He called corporate office and they said the delivery failed, mind you this was to a hospital and the store doesn’t answer the phone. Corporate was no help they did not refund him the money and said he had to wait 24 hours to get a call back? Is this place blatantly stealing customers money? What’s the use of getting a call 24 hours later?
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I wish I had read the reviews of this place before placing an order. Absolutely terrible experience!!!!! I ordered a “thank you” arrangement, and they delivered the wrong one, saying they’d be back with the correct one. They never came back. Two weeks later - still no delivery, no returned calls or emails, and my money has been taken. This place is a scam.
I received a delivery yesterday from Edible Arrangements that included flowers, fruit, and chocolate. The fruit was just okay, nothing special—but the flowers were absolutely awful. They looked wilted and nearly dead upon arrival. I’ve sent and received many flower arrangements over the years, and I’ve never seen anything in such poor condition. What a terrible experience, I feel bad my cousin spend so much money to makes us feel better after the passing of our mother. We received the flowers on july 19th, they looked terrible the minute after we putted in water. Today is july 20th and look at the pictures.
