Lied on appraisal definitely not reputable
Just to respond to the previous post. I do not know who this person is, nor have I ever performed an appraisal for him. I have been in this profession for over 30 years and have successfully completed and assisted in thousands of appraisals.
Terry W, the Appraiser did not look at 100% of the property in his appraisal. He refuesed to amend the report when discussing with my lender, and the receptionist was downright rude. overall 0 stars if I could give it. Do NOT use this company. I wasted 525 dollars on a report that basically said that a falling down garage and a collapsing front porch was fine for the house to be valued at list price...
