I had a bad previous experience with another CPA in the area, so I was excited to work with EDH Tax Solutions as Alexandra promised to take care of my 2024 tax return on time, so I could avoid penalties as my complex situation made it difficult to properly estimate tax payments. Well, it didn't work so well. EDH Tax Solutions has delayed my tax return work until end of September despite my multiple requests to expedite. As a result I incurred $13k in penalties. Won't be working with them again.
I really enjoyed working with Alexandra and her team. I had an unusual circumstance regarding my taxes and Alexandra knew exactly how to handle it and kept me updated on the process from start to finish. I highly recommend!
