I have used EDH Tax Solution for many years. It was like ordering something from Sonic - absolutely NO personal interaction. They send you the forms/YOU fill in the information In essences you do the tax preparation and scan information into them- they data enter. That is it. THEY ARE OPERATING OUT OF TENNESSE NOT HERE IN CA. and they bill you 4 TIMES MORE THAN ACCURATE TAX SERVICE & you don't get your returns for well over 3 - 4 months.
I didn’t have a great experience so I have awarded them 1 star. I scheduled and prepaid for a consultation with this company. Received all the necessary confirmation emails and was then called and told they couldn’t provide me with a review of my quickbooks and filing. Initially they told me they provided this service. No explanation or apology. I asked for a refund of my prepaid consultation (hope I get it) and hung up. Childish, but I was upset they had no regard for my time. I would not recommend them.
