If I could give this Gp 0 stars I would. Im extremely disappointed with the care we received from this GP practice. We took our 1-year-old in with a very high, ongoing fever, a cough, and a runny nose. He hasn’t been himself for over a week, and despite how unwell he clearly was, we were told there was nothing they could do and were sent home. Great doctor and staff.
Spoke to Payal and can say this person is totally rude and patronising. The way she spoke is unacceptable. When spoken to she was very blunt and could not understand half of the conversation I was talking about. As a doctors surgery please have professional people working that can understand the patient as if it was not for the patients the surgery would be closed. I’m surprised she is still working at the surgery! If you want respect then give respect back to others simple
