Whenever I’ve come for pre booked appointments I’ve been seen by professionals within 15mins of my appointment time. Clean, well run from what I’ve seen. Keep it up.
Needed fast attention to attend to a deep wound to my leg last Friday, trade accident. Managed to get the walk-in center and check myself in letting the reception staff know I was feeling a little faint. They kept an eye on me, on seeing my condition deteriorate they fast-tracked a doctor to see me, very grateful. The doctor I saw, Peter was brilliant throughout and is a real credit to the NHS.
