I’ve only been with Michelle for about a year now. But I can’t even compare her to my last. I used to call my last doctor and have to wait a week at times to hear back. I called about a small possible infection hoping to get in within the week. And she had me seen before I even had to be at work that day and still had time to get my medication on my way in. This was my first time experience with this practice. I was very worried about trying somewhere new. but as soon as I walked in, i met Amanda and she was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Michelle was very nice! I feel like i can be very open with her and i’m so happy i took the leep in trying a new doctor! and the place is really clean and her puppies on the wall was such a cute touch!
I’m very disappointed with my experience as a potential new patient. I completed all requested paperwork and was told I would receive a call once it was reviewed. After 2 months of waiting, I finally followed up expressing my disappointment, only to be told they are ‘at capacity’ and not scheduling new patients, with no timeframe for when that may change. I heard from family how wonderful the office and providers are, and finally had the time to schedule a new patient visit. I am blown away from the amazing care I received at the office. Michelle Edgmon NP practices excellent medicine, and makes you feel like family. Very happy to call her my new PCP!
