It took 13 months to build our home and we so many problems with the house. We have electrical problems plumbing problems drywall problems. We were not supposed to have grout on our tile floors (and paid extra for it) and our tile is grouted. Our rear patio ceiling fell down and half of our windows and doors aren't caulked.
