We've been there numerous times with Mom. Food is excellent, quickly served and VERY reasonably priced. The accoustics are MUCH better than many restaurants so easier for her to hear. The salads are my favorite! Janet
I attended a Christian ladies gathering here after the restaurant had closed for the day, so I can’t speak to the food. That said, it’s a spacious and welcoming venue and worked very well for a group gathering.

Used to live in Minot and my wife used to work at Edgewood Vista. I came back to spend a few vacation days and noticed the Edgewood Vista Fireside Bistro when I searched for breakfast places. I ordered the breakfast burrito without the meat and 2 eggs on the side. Excellent food! Excellent service! VERY reasonable prices for what you get. I'll be back!
