I want to change my review of three years ago, but I don’t know how to do it. There is a new property manager here who is incredibly experienced and wants the best for all the residents. Under her management, I would give the place a perfect five-star rating.

Just moved in 2 months ago and I love it. It was affordable for south Eugene and even though it is an old complex, I think it has been pretty well kept up. There are some issues with older pipes and old heating systems (electric ceiling heat) but if you are willing (or can) update, I believe it is worth it. It is quiet, clean, very convenient and beautiful setting. It is indeed too small for a family of more then 1 child but I like having kids around (as long as aware parents/guardians are too). I have lived in this place for over 15 years. It is continually deteriorating. Monthly fees are soaring, and parts of the five buildings are virtually falling apart. Although we never used to, we now have whole families living in these condos, all of which are two bedrooms. I know as an attorney that federal law prohibits the barring of families with children from buying here, but when they have four kids, or at least four most of the time, that is over the limit.
