Beware! This agency is a total joke! My husband tried to plan a trip with Ted. After all was said and done someone screwed up - Ted literally blamed us, he took no responsibility. He has been rude condescending. I am really surprised as they have been a staple in Walpole for years!
Unprofessional agent who misunderstood our requirements and sent us to a horrible all inclusive resort with practically no entertainment, no couples activities, food was similar to airplane food and I got sick on raw fish and never received an apology from the agent or owner, the original room smelled of Huron and was filthy and not in the category we paid for. I requested a refund weeks ago and am waiting to hear back from them on any updates. Be careful who you use to arrange your travel.
Ted is a very patient and well informed travel agent. Tries every way possible to meet your request anf does so with a smile & plenty of information. Highly recommend this agency for whatever your travel needs are, wether it be a simple flight or a more complex itinerary.
What a trip of a lifetime! We had the most amazing hotels with incredible views and the utmost of customer service everywhere we went!
