My Mom has been at Edgewood Spring Creek Boise for a year and a half. I have observed that the staff is extremely caring, empathetic and have the residents' best interest at heart. The facility is very clean, comfortable and has a warm inviting atmosphere. I have had several meals with my mom, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I live in another state and visit every three months. I feel confident that my mom is receiving great care and love. I recommend Edgewood Spring Creek for anyone looking for memory care.
Edgewood is a great place to live. Both my parents live there. My mom in memory care and my dad in assisted living. Everyone there is so caring and supportive. They have various activities and good food. It is also very clean and we'll maintained.
The building and interior areas are very nice. I have visited friends there several times and eaten there. Serving staff are good but the food was poor every time. Dry, tasteless and ill prepared. The operational supervisor of the cook and kitchen need to get some fresh fruits and vegetables and a decent chef. These residents are paying about $5,000 per month or more and deserve better than what is being given to them.
