Place changed my way of life for the better!
This new patient deal is a total crock. He reeled me in and I'm embarrassed I fell for it! However, he should be more embarrassed for being slimy. He got a history and current situation on me. Took a bunch of xrays and then AFTER he radiated my body thoroughly, tells me he isn't even showing me the xrays until the next appt., isnt doing any therapies, and isn't adjusting the actual part of my body I came in for. Dr. Matt & the staff are great. They listen & care of what your needs are, very professional, always have a smile on their faces, kind hearted people, always make you feel comfortable & at ease. When I go in tell him where it hurts or what the pain is he knows exactly the issues are. We trust Dr. Matt with our care he treats you the best way.
From the front office to Dr. Schlagheck, they go above and beyond to make sure they treat your pain and treat you kindly. Just above and beyond patient care.
I am so thankful for Dr Matt and his staff. I was in an automobile accident in September 2023. He and his staff have worked with me to get the care I need from getting an MRI, sending me to pain management for lumbar injections, and my referrals for therapy to help with my PTSD and anxiety from the accident, etc. They have went above and beyond for me to get the care I need to have relief from my injuries.
