Gino is about the most unprofessional trades worker one could imagine. He replaced a water heater in my apartment. Shows up unannounced, knocks like he's owed money and didn't introduce himself. He didn't close the valve on the old water heater after "emptying" it and dragged it through my home leaking water everywhere, instead of closing the valve and using a dolly. So I left a maintenance request through my property management portal on Sunday around noon. I got a text message from EW Plumbing the morning after, and gave them a call. They said "we will do our best to get somebody out there in the next few hours", because I had to be to work. Not 30 minutes later they knocked on my door and got to work. The plumber Will was very nice and quick to fix the issue, and also did the button up work that the last plumber forgot to do. Great company. Hope we get these guys the next time around ... read more
