Kelley came to fix a leaking pipe connected to my watering system. I also asked if it is possible that she can fix part of the watering drip line system. I have all the parts and it's an easy process. She said she has to ask permission first to her manager as they normally don't do watering drip line system. The request were granted. Gino is about the most unprofessional trades worker one could imagine. He replaced a water heater in my apartment. Shows up unannounced, knocks like he's owed money and didn't introduce himself. He didn't close the valve on the old water heater after "emptying" it and dragged it through my home leaking water everywhere, instead of closing the valve and using a dolly.
