The OFFICE MANAGER is a terrible person; he even claimed to be the OWNER when I requested to speak to someone above him! I have been bringing my children to this doctor for more than 15 years, and she is fantastic; she has always treated me and the kids well! However, the person who answered the phone today was awful!

If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. Staff is difficult to deal with. Told me I had to come in person to get a copy of shot records, and after I drove all the way over to the clinic, they told me they couldn't get me a copy. After an appointment, the doctor says they will have someone call to follow up or schedule another appointment, and they never call you back. If you want your kid to get an infection from getting their vaccines, take your kids here.
