I am engaged with Edgewood Monuments currently, trying to get a grave marker made for my brother. I had a great experience going out to their Sumner location (as Bellevue was on vacation), meeting Zahar, pre-paying for the monument and starting the process. They quickly got back to me with a design. I submitted some changes on Jan 19, and Zahar said they'd get back to me soon. It's now March 4, I have not heard from them. I have reached out via email six times and phone once in the past 3 weeks.
Edgewood Monuments did a phenomenal job. From the ordering, to installation, they made the painful process quick and easy. Oleg & Zach helped me with the order, Thank you!

At a time of deep shock and sorrow, Edgewood monuments did a wonderful job of keeping the communication prompt. Thanks to Zahar who was ever patient with my multiple questions and to Oleg who initiated the process and was clear with what would be delivered. I got exactly what I asked for. I wish that time frame could be shortened but that is based on demand and supply. Thank you for being kind and compassionate.
