We ordered our headstone for my dad who passed in August of 2025 in March. I am engaged with Edgewood Monuments currently, trying to get a grave marker made for my brother. I had a great experience going out to their Sumner location (as Bellevue was on vacation), meeting Zahar, pre-paying for the monument and starting the process. They quickly got back to me with a design. I submitted some changes on Jan 19, and Zahar said they'd get back to me soon. It's now March 4, I have not heard from them. I have reached out via email six times and phone once in the past 3 weeks.
