I worked with Edgewood Monuments in their Sumner office as the Bellevue office was on vacation when my brother passed. I had a great meeting with Zahar; we were able to settle on marble and expedite getting it here. We made 2-3 passes on the design, which went well. We did lose contact for a few weeks due to a glitch in their ticket-tracking system. I am engaged with Edgewood Monuments currently, trying to get a grave marker made for my brother. I had a great experience going out to their Sumner location (as Bellevue was on vacation), meeting Zahar, pre-paying for the monument and starting the process. They quickly got back to me with a design. I submitted some changes on Jan 19, and Zahar said they'd get back to me soon. It's now March 4, I have not heard from them. I have reached out via email six times and phone once in the past 3 weeks.
