At a time of deep shock and sorrow, Edgewood monuments did a wonderful job of keeping the communication prompt. Thanks to Zahar who was ever patient with my multiple questions and to Oleg who initiated the process and was clear with what would be delivered. I got exactly what I asked for. I wish that time frame could be shortened but that is based on demand and supply. Thank you for being kind and compassionate.
My dad passed away in October of 2024 & after his funeral, my main goal was to work on his headstone & have it ready by his one year celebration. Oleg & his team, along with Zahar have been the best in communication & also , bearing with my siblings & I as navigating how to do all these things were new to us as we have never experienced a death in where we were gonna be responsible for all the costs. I had a pleasure of using Edgewood Monuments service. Not sure why the 1 star review spoke about someone being in considered or not compassionate. My experience working with Oleg and their designer Zahar was way above what I ever thought this process would be. Strongly recommend going with this company as their professionalism, care and understanding what I want superseded any of my expectations.
I was going to choose a company because I need a monument for a loved one I lost and after looking around and reading review I came across Edgewood Monuments.
