Victoria needs to be fired I was trying to find care for my grandfather and when I asked to speak with someone regarding admissions she hung up on me.
My mother is a resident here and she absolutely hates it here. They’ve stolen things from her unit, such as a glass cake pan, personal food and a nice toaster that was gifted to her. And yet they didn’t offer any light housekeeping duties. They’ve also forgotten to get her medicine from the pharmacy (but blamed the pharmacy for their error.)
