Very helpful management!
Upstairs toilet was looked at twice for running constantly. Not repaired. I gave up. Just jiggle the handle after each flush. Also an awful smell under the kitchen sink and the tall narrow cabinet nxt to the dishwasher. Either a sewer issue or a small critter is dead possibly behind the dishwasher. It's been looked at twice with no resolve.
Love our place, as well as efforts to care for maintenance requests. Also appreciate responding to problems we seem to have with inconsiderate neighbors. Which of course is a part of life. We all have different habits and what we consider to be good manners. Our neighbor in unit 1, parks his vehicle so close to the driveway, it’s difficult at times to enter and exit. It must be convenient for him though. A minor matter, just thought I’d mention it.
My family and I moved back into Trotwood about 8 months ago. When we resided here before, the community was under different management. We definitely have a better experience now. Anytime we had a minor issue, (ie: clogged drains or a simple repair) maintenance was always quick and very kind to resolve the issue. We have a very quiet and clean community here. Definitely satisfied and happy to already have referred family and friends to start a future residence in the Trotwood community. 😁
