I would not recommend this place they are a rip off cheep homes with high price. Yes they come back a few times you have to stay on to them when they will answer their phone or keep putting you off.we have had nothing but problems with ares.and who ever they had putting siding on did not or does not know what he doing. Bad job here. So be where my best bet go somewhere else..

Excellent Experience! I would give them 10 stars. From the very first visit just "looking" to handing me the keys to my home every person I dealt with was respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The salesmen, The sales manager, the Project manager, the Service manager and The crew that came to my home to do my walk through and explained everything about my home.. All were amazing. Clayton, our home was moved to our property October 2023 we moved in August of 2024 without any work being done, our tile shower is leaking, and holding water, we have several cracks in the ceiling one of which is in the kitchen and is puffy looking where they did a poor job and fixing it. We also paid for backfill and someone came out and did a halfway job we were told they would be back to fix it and haven’t, our home was disgusting where contractors came in a tried to paint and it was splattered on floors walls, windows, ... read more
