It's not terrible, but I'm ready to leave. Increasingly expensive and management can be quite pesky. Receiving notices to mow literally 3 days after mowing (no, I'm not exaggerating) and complaints about the exterior being messy when half of the junk was there when we started renting which includes a deteriorating lawn arch trellis, an old swing, and busted up glass behind the back, and an old bicycle.
It deserves no stars. Absolutely the worst mobile home park ive ever heard of.
I called looking to start the process of renting a trailer and spoke with Leah ! She was the most helpful person ever !!
This is not affordable like they they say! Total rip off!
Lived there for a year and staff and maintenance was on top any issues very friendly and very fair rental prices would highly recommend
