I lived in this apartment for 2 years, we had a deposit of 2400. Although when we moved in, we were told that you leave a deposit of 1900, which they will take from us. And $500 is the money from which they will deduct for breakdowns. We paid $200 for water every month, $150 for electricity, this is for a one-room apartment. In the end, we moved out, and they took $1000 from our deposit, it is not clear for what!
It's a pity that I can't give a zero, the worst of the apartments! Please don't move in here! Having lived here for 2 years, I can say with confidence that you won’t be cheated anywhere! They charged us $1000 for the utility …. they took advantage of us!
