Often confused with Federal Way, the cities of Edgewood and Milton are on the east side of I-5, directly east of Federal Way. Edgewood is 13 miles from Tacoma and 27 miles from Seattle. Our community will have 220 luxury apartments, one, two and three-bedroom homes.

I lived there from May to February, when you live there it's a nice place, but the best part is when you move out, you get blamed for all the sins of the world, they forget to bill you monthly for utilities but then blame you for it! The staff are incompetent and don't want to do their job. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Great apartments ) quiet, beautiful, lots of space. Lots of parking space. Good manager. After a year of living I recommend this place. Thanks to Edgewood Heights apartments for a good experience.
I enjoyed my first year here, but my experience during the second year completely changed my opinion. When I renewed my lease, I went in a couple of months early to see if there were better prices for renewing ahead of time. Unfortunately, the manager was never available, so I had to return twice before finally being told they would call me. I have had the pleasure of living at Edgewood Heights since 2023, and it has been an exceptional experience. Charmaine, Melissa, Mike, and the entire team have been outstanding. Whenever I needed assistance, they addressed the issue promptly and efficiently. Regrettably, my job requires me to relocate; otherwise, I would have happily continued living here for many more years.
