I added my name to the wait list for a new patient cleaning several months ago. Finally received a call because of a cancellation for today! Bingo! I completed the online new patient forms, including insurance coverage and all the other new patient data. I arrived for my appointment as directed. Waited about two minutes before being summoned by Tara, the dental hygenist. Xrays were taken of my mouth. Tara was very pleasant, efficient and professional. I heard from several others to not go to this dentist, I should have listened! Hopefully you never encounter a dental emergency or you will be waiting forever too! Top it off, THEY are the ones that caused the reason to make an emergency appointment. Went for a cleaning, they cracked part of a cap I had. I was in excruciating pain for 2 months until I had no choice but to go somewhere else because they called 1 time (with less than an hour notice) of a cancelation to try to get me in. I often feel anxious about visiting the dentist, but Dr. Lysonski and his staff completely changed my perspective. They were incredibly patient and compassionate throughout my procedure, regularly checking in to ensure I was comfortable. They explained each step, and for the first time, I genuinely felt relaxed in the dentist's chair. A huge thank you to the entire team for their exceptional care!
