The staff is amazing, caring thoughtful and truly care for your loved one!
My biggest complaint is that a resident can wait 50 minutes before any staff member will respond to him even when he is in pain. That's unacceptable. Nobody even acknowledged the fact that he was trying to call for his nurse and what made it even worse was a staff member who was assisting the roommate reached behind the curtain and switched off my partners call light and said absolutely nothing to him!
