Friendly staff and residents. There is an Activities Committee that sponsors "get-to-know-your-neighbors" events year-round. It is easy to develop new friendships. Maintenance of building and grounds is outstanding. A great place to live-- especially for a California newcomer. I have been here for 3.5 years.

The average age is 85 the residents most of the time are friendly there are a few activities here at the apartment but we are next store to the senior center it's very central located for people who don't drive we are on a bus line nice pool and hot tub
