Called and asked for the manager for a business inquiry and the woman who answered hung up the phone in the middle of me asking a question. Called back multiple times and no answer. Horrible customer service.

Went to schedule an appointment for my daughter she wanted box braids the lady Tudy had an attitude like she hates her job or life itself. I canceled the appointment and found a friendly lady to do her braids instead . She needs to fix her attitude

Got my hair done yesterday by a new braided that just started working there a few months ago. I got French curls in and she didn’t even finish. Some aren’t done. Some of the braids are wrapped them up at the ends with hair like I asked. When I went back to tell her that I noticed some braids were unfinished, she made it seem like it was my fault because she asked me if I wanted her to wrap up the ends with rubber bands. or with hair..
